I know hair loss is a major issue with most people, myself included. I am not going to pretend I have a cure but what I do have are some simple tips that could keep hair healthy and hopefully stop breakage. Here is one simple one.

Castile Soap is detergent-free, so very gentle on hair and scalp. 
To make a very mild hair shampoo with castile soap just mix with water in a ratio of 3:1. it is that simple.

SIMPLE RECIPE FOR CAMWOOD FACE MASK

Hello Dearies,

 I have great respect for simple skincare recipes, I think it is more fun to use as little ingredients as possible and still achieve a massive result. what do you think?

Well, whilst I leave you to ponder on that, I want to share one of my all time favourites with you this morning. It is called Camwood Face Mask, it is absolutely easy to make, takes no time at all, but the result is simply unbelievable. Guys you need to try this.

I hope you'll have fun with it, my daughter and I always do.

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp Camwood Powder

1 Ripe Banana(medium size)

2 tbsp Honey

2 tbsp Plain Yoghurt

Ingredients

Mash or Blend the banana into a smooth paste

Blending the banana to smooth paste

Pour into a bowl, add the Camwood Powder, Yoghurt, and Honey. Then Mix.

Your Camwood Face Mask is ready. Simple isn't it?

HOW TO USE

Make sure your face is clean.

Apply to your face in circular motion.

Leave it on your face for 20 minutes.

Wash off to reveal a gorgeous you!!!

Making it yourself also means absolutely no need to worry about preservatives. For example raw cocoa butter will last for years, so if you mix with Almond oil, it will last for years also. This mixture maybe too hard for some, so they may introduce water based ingredients like Aloe Vera juice. Immediately this is introduced the mixture’s days are numbered. My solution to this is to make as little quantity as possible, probably quantity to last you for maybe 2 weeks.
