HOW TO USE CASTILE SOAP AS HAIR SHAMPOO
Hello Nature Lovers,
I know hair loss is a major issue with most people, myself included. I am not going to pretend I have a cure but what I do have are some simple tips that could keep hair healthy and hopefully stop breakage. Here is one simple one.
Castile Soap is detergent-free, so very gentle on hair and scalp.
To make a very mild hair shampoo with castile soap just mix with water in a ratio of 3:1. it is that simple.

I know for certain that there are some ingredients that are natural but some skin may not like them. That is another advantage of making your own skincare products, instead of standing at beauty stores checking the list of ingredients, some you may not even understand. Why not make yours with ingredients you know and happy with? Saves time and headaches.
Many people are suffering from some skin problems that are caused by harmful ingredients in their skincare products. The skin is the largest organ in our body; shouldn't we treat it with more respect? Many products deliver result but at what expense? Damaging your body in the process, so you treat small issue to generate bigger ones? All that is unnecessary if you make your skincare products yourself. You will get flawless skin at no expense to your general well-being.
Making it yourself also means absolutely no need to worry about preservatives. For example raw cocoa butter will last for years, so if you mix with Almond oil, it will last for years also. This mixture maybe too hard for some, so they may introduce water based ingredients like Aloe Vera juice. Immediately this is introduced the mixture’s days are numbered. My solution to this is to make as little quantity as possible, probably quantity to last you for maybe 2 weeks.
I still get a high when I see people’s faces as soon as I present them with my skincare products as gifts. The genuine pleasure on their faces is a joy to watch. Especially when they go ‘You made this for me?’ it is amazing. You won’t understand until you try it. Please do.
Don’t forget your joy is not limited to how people feel when they receive the skincare gifts from you. But your own pride in seeing what you made. It is exhilarating.
Finally one of the most important joy of making your own skincare products is the chance of you stumbling upon a recipe that might change the world (skincare world) Many have done it, so why not you?
